Who we are
Runed ("we", "us") provides Minecraft server hosting. The operator is [legal entity name and address to be confirmed]. By ordering or using a server you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your login details and everything that happens on your servers. Keep your login details secure and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
Plans, billing and renewal
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and the server runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
You can have a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment. Renewal payments are not refundable.
Late payment
If a payment fails, your server is suspended 3 days after the due date. If the invoice is still unpaid 14 days after the due date, the server and its data are deleted.
Acceptable use
You must not use your server to:
- attack, scan or disrupt other systems or networks, including DDoS attacks;
- mine cryptocurrency;
- host or share illegal content or content that infringes someone's rights;
- break Minecraft's own usage guidelines or EULA;
- use far more CPU, disk or network than your plan is meant for, in a way that affects other customers;
- resell your server to others.
If you break these rules we may suspend or delete your server straight away, without a refund.
Support
Support covers the platform: the control panel, billing and the hardware your server runs on. Help with plugins, mods, modpacks and their configuration is not included.
Backups and your data
Backups are provided as a convenience and are best effort. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. When a server is deleted its data is deleted with it.
Availability
Our uptime commitment and the credits that apply if we miss it are set out in the Service Level Agreement. Apart from those credits, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
