What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, and your login method (email and password, or Google).
- Order and billing records: what you bought, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
- Server data: the files, worlds and settings you put on your server, and the usage figures we need to run it (memory, CPU, disk).
- Technical logs: IP addresses and request logs from our websites and control panel, kept for security and troubleshooting.
- Support messages: what you send us in tickets or on Discord.
- Estimated ping: the map on our home page estimates your ping from your time zone, or from your location if you press "Use my exact location". This is worked out in your browser and is not sent to us or stored.
Why we use it
To create and run your server, take payment, send you service emails (verification, invoices, failed payments), answer support requests, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the sites working. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Server data is deleted when a server is deleted. Account and billing records are kept as long as your account exists and for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us at [contact email to be confirmed] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
